Detoxifying green smoothie

To kick off this week's blog posts, I thought I would share a recipe for our favorite detoxifying green smoothie. We came up with this recipe by making sure all ingredients would serve a purpose in helping cleanse our bodies! 


DETOXIFYING GREEN SMOOTHIE

 

 

Our deodorizing capsule has tons of health benefits that will help detox our bodies from within! The first ingredient is chlorophyll which has many benefits such as stimulating the immune system, eliminating fungus in the body, detoxifying your blood, cleaning your intestines, getting rid of bad odors, & energizing the body! Not only does chlorophyll have major health benefits but it also has antioxidant properties, such as vitamins C and E. So, if you want to “detox”, you’re on the safe side with chlorophyll-rich foods!

 

We wanted to create a smoothie that complimented all aspects of our body deodorizing capsule & this smoothie is it! 

Ingredients 

 

  • ½ cup of almond milk 
  • Cup of spinach 
  • Handful of mangos 
  • Handful of pineapple (optional)
  • ½ of a banana 
  • 1 deodorizing capsule 

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in your blender, make sure to open the capsule to pour out the powder & blend until smooth.
