Return Policy

Your happiness is our priority! You may return your It Just Works single bottle order for a full refund within 30 days of receiving if not totally satisfied. Simply contact hello@itjustworksdeodorant.com with your order number to begin the return process. Please note we do not handle the return shipping cost, but will issue a full refund as soon as the return is received in our warehouse.

Please note the 3-pack and 6-pack, and 365 bottle items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged and are exempt from our 30 day money back guarantee program.

 

Shipping Policy

For US Orders: All orders are packed and shipped within 3 business days of placing your order. From there, depending on your ship-to location, the shipping transit time can take anywhere from 2-5 days for U.S and 5-14 days for international. Please note, due to COVID-19 all shipping companies have been taking longer than usual to deliver orders and this is unfortunately out of our control.

For International Orders: International shipping is free on orders $150 and above! All orders are packed and shipped within 3 business days of placing your order. The ship time greatly varies from country to country so keep an eye on your tracking number for the most accurate estimated date.

NOTE: Duties & taxes that may be charged to you once the item arrives in your country. If you are charged duties & taxes, simply send us proof of payment at hello@itjustworksdeodorant.com and we will credit back your account!

 

Refund Policy

If you purchased Route Protection on your order, we will refund you in any case of theft, damage or lost package. However you need to contact us regarding the damage or loss prior to 30 days of the last tracking update in order to be fully reimbursed.

 

Cancellations

We pride ourselves on fast shipping & processing times! Because of this, we kindly ask that you request cancel your order within 12 hours of placing in order to  be able to cancel on our end. Otherwise, the item will process and once en route/processing we cannot cancel. We will gladly accept the return if you still wish to cancel once item is received.
